Who can participate?

Everyone. The Hackathon is open to students of all disciplines and anyone interested in developing their idea through Edge AI, not just technical profiles.

How do I form a team?

Teams must consist of a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 3 participants
They must have a team name and a captain who represents them
If you already have a team, each member must register individually and indicate the team name

The organization will verify the team has 3 members and your team will be ready to participate.

The event organizers will help with team formation: if someone doesn’t have a team or a team has fewer than 3 members, they can contact the organizers at contact@daiedge.eu and we’ll help complete or form a team.

What is evaluated in each proposal?

The elements synthesized and presented during the elevator pitch:

The problem addressed
The innovative solution with Edge AI
The key value proposition (what unique benefit you offer)
Who the customer is
A final touch: Why is this idea exciting and future-proof?

How is voting conducted to select the winners?

Star Awards
Once proposals are submitted, expert judges will review and score each one from 1 to 9 (1 being the lowest and 9 the highest) based on:

Originality
Feasibility
Integration and/or use of AI on the Edge

Collective Voting

At the same time, in addition to the experts' assessment, attendees will be able to choose their favourite proposal and vote for it.
